Terms of use.
Draft, pending legal review. Last updated October 2026.
01The service
minTAO is a non-custodial interface to smart contracts on Bittensor EVM and Robinhood Chain, and to third-party services (Pons, Relay and an intent solver). You interact with those contracts from your own wallet; we never hold your keys or funds.
02No advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched here are created by users, are not endorsed by minTAO and may have no value.
03Risks
Prices can move to zero in minutes. Smart contracts can contain bugs; the TAO factory has not had an independent audit. Bridges and solvers can delay or refund transfers. Network fees are paid even when a transaction fails.
04Fleet and rewards
Mining operations and TAO distributions to $MINTAO holders are run by the team, depend on subnet performance, costs and reserves, and are not guaranteed. They are not a promise of profit.
05Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, for the tokens you launch and their content, and for checking every transaction before you sign it. Do not launch tokens that impersonate people or brands, or that infringe rights.
06Content
We may hide tokens, images or links from this interface at our discretion, for example scams, impersonation or illegal content. Hiding does not change anything on-chain.
07Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, minTAO is not liable for losses arising from your use of the interface, the contracts or third-party services.
08Changes
These terms can change. The version on this page applies from the moment it is published.
